I'm from Winnipeg. Trying to get caught up on all the forums here. I put a down payment for an RX-8 in May.

When are you expecting delivery, and which dealership did you order from?

Also, what colour and model?

 

I went to Gerry Gordon's Mazda they couldn't tell me for sure when it would come. August, September as late as October. I had previously gone to Jim Gauthier Mazda to inquire, they told me September - November.

I'm not first on the list, but they told me they'd call me when the first one arrives so I can have a look.

Velocity Red, GT, 6MT, moonroof

They asked for a deposit, but said if I didn't want to wait or after seeing it didn't want it they'd refund the deposit.

 

Destination Mazda has a red one 6mt, no roof or nav. Ask for Arnie and tell him Karl sent you.. He'll treat you like gold :D

If you have no luck in the 'Peg, there is a fully loaded GT here in Saskatoon with red/black leather, nav and sunroof for MSRP. The dealership is Mainway Mazda.

There is a loaded Red GT with Nav and roof in Ottawa.

 

I'm from Winnipeg parents made down payment on one in October-ish, said we could get one as soon as November because the guy who ordered it had exactly what i wanted but couldnt make payments.. still decided to be patient and hold shipment till the snow disappears, turns out the guy ended up making the payments.. lol, so shipment is due for April, ordered from Jim Gauthier on regent or how ever you spell his last name.. I'm curious to know who has RX-8s in peg colors packages area etc.

pauleta, I also spotted your car a few weeks ago on the street by RBC. Hope you don't mind, but I went to check it out. I couldn't help it. You have the exact car that I want . Too bad I still have more than a few years to go until I can start to think about buying one.

 

Wooooo I just picked up shipment about 3 days ago... I absolutely love this car, I'm not all that great at driving standard yet (only 16) so my dad took me out for a ride and I've never been in anything like it before.. amazing.. btw 2004 GT Veolcity Red everything except the accent package and the nav system
