I am actually looking for the same thing. Amazon USA site has it for $30 new, but it will NOT ship to Canada because there is an Amazon CAN site. However, Amazon Canada does not have the book new... what a ******* douchebag of a company; how can the stock be different like so? ******* idiots...

Anyways, I'm looking for the same book for the longest time now.
