You can post a WTB ad in the the Canada Canada For Sale/Wanted
There is no 2003 but the 2004 and 2005 cars can be had for reasonable money.
Always get a rotary specific compression test and a car history before you buy.
Also look for a car with a complete maintenance history because Mazda requires this for some warranty work
