You need to work on your spelling and grammar before you take on Mazda....

If you're having that many problems with your car at a dealership, just switch dealerships until you find one that treats you right and fixes your problems.

See if you can find another garage there is a thread on here about great garages that know about rotary cars. If not do the work yourself then you know it is done right. I learned how to change my own clutch, do a service, set up the wheel camber and toe etc. from the information on here and if you have any problems look it up and ask for help. As long as you search first and post in existing threads people will be very helpful.

As you are talking about a lawsuit, this would be relevant only to Canadians. So, I'm moving this to the Canadian Forum.

Long before you try and sue, you have to have given them "reasonable" time and chances to fix the problem. You also have to prove that the issue is with the car not the servicing dealership. If you have visited and documented that you have given more than one dealership "reasonable" opportunity to fix the problem and they have all failed them you may have a small chance in court with a manufacturer.
