dudes hear me ....5.25 for 5w 20 over here...i never heard of anything using 3 litres....that is an average of 1 litre to every 1100 klm........I think I got the lemon

 

1L/1000 km... hmm, ask a dealer, 'cause i can't remember off the top of my head if that's within spec for the 13B-MSP's metering system (you know that it does inject a teensy bit of oil into the engine, right?).

 

Of course it also depends on how hard you're driving the car.. mind you I'm still under 4500rpm in break-in mode.

Oh and the tech sheet from Mazda says to expect 1L oil every 4000-5000 km under "normal" conditions.
