My Luck just keeps geeting worse...
So I picked up a new set of rubbers today and got a great price... There not the best rubbers mind you but so far form driving around in them today they felt good.
They felt smoother than the stock tires and make way less noise. My hardest decision was choosing 225 45 18 or 245 40 18... well i think i should have chosen the beefier more aggressivee 245 but i decided to stick with the stock set up.

Well once I got home and decided to clean all the gunk off my rims I noticed that the Rims are all scratched!!! this isnt the first time ive seen this happen to rims... I specifically told the guy to be carful while installing them but he assured me they'd be fine. BS!!!

So i called him up and he claims its impossible... My rims were in perfect condition not a nic on them now each one has a scrathes plus a scratch going around the rim.

I took pictures which i will try to post soon.
How can i make this guy responsible for fixing them or paying for the damages???

 

it wasnt a cash deal was it? do you have an invoice, that will help if you need to drag it up the legal ladder.

Where did you get them installed?

 

I Got them at Car Kraze in Brampton.... I paid with visa so i have a valid reciept.

 

I made sure that the guys who installed my tires had high end equipment. (I bought the tires separately)
The shop should be able to pay for repairs.

 

I got my new wheels installed there back in may and i swear he told me about you! he didnt scratch either set of my wheels so i dont kno how it couldve happened but i do know the guy theres an idiot.
