Time to ***** about my car again.

Last weekend was crazy. I was on dates with 3 girls over 48 hours. But that’s not the point.

The point is, all the girls love riding in my car (the car “only” for “now” lol). They all loved the seats with the rotary hole…makes it easier for them to rest the back of their heads. Whether it’s a day trip to the racetrack, or going to nightclubs, or getting back after a walk by the lake…it just feels right for them.

I remembered vividly for the drive back from downtown yesterday. I was driving all the way from Downtown by the lake to Yonge and Sheppard. It was around 6:30 or so on a Sunday afternoon. I was just cruising to uptown along local roads (York->University->Avenue->Yonge).

The car was marvelous. Even with my K&N dewalled + Mazdaspeed exhaust, when I am shifting before 3.75k, the car cabin was so quiet, the ride was nicely tight but still compliant even when over turns without braking. The seating was very comfortable. She fell asleep easily.

To me, I was just enjoying the moments of driving nirvana. The gearshift was precise, clutch and brakes were easy to modulate. The stock suspension handle the road so well, it was like a dream for me. The BOSE stock system is more than enough. Sitting silently at stoplight with the chill out music and a light breeze, I am in love with this car even more. And I don’t fall in love easy anymore with anything these days…

Then I realized, last time I got this experience was 5 years ago in my jetta. I should get the rx-8 much earlier…but luckily I am driving it now.

For a car that spit fire on the track, handles excellent with everything stock and with no brake fade regardless, plus a soft and compliant GT-ride for daily driving, who could ask for anything more? (Other than gas mileage, more torque, better mazdaspeed bumper as stock part for GT, more torque, more hp, better gas mileage, and more torque, more hp, better gas mileage)

Back to work (I really hate this loud mouth bitch talking so loud in the office space @$%^& ). Peace out.

 

I hate Mondays too. Samsung and Nokia are my headaches of the day.

She fell asleep, lol. They must have small heads beCause my chick friend hate the rotary backing onthe seat. One it's hard, headrest I mean) and imagine slamming into that in an accident when your air bags deploy.

Also kaffka your interior feels richer, makes the 8 feel like a lux sports car like the G35, classy beige interior stormy exterior.

 

besides the obvious fact above that kafka is a big pimp..


i've had similar experiences.... a girl i took out sometime last week also asked me about the triangular shaped hole in the seat... i dont know if she actually cared for the comfort (if any) it adds.... but hey... its better than a boring seat w/ no triangular shaped hole

and to answer your question.. i can't ask for more in a car.

Yeah, my girl isn't big fan of the rotary headrest either. When she sits her head falls into that hole.

However, when she slumps down she has told me on many occasions "This is the best car to sleep in, it's way more comfortable then your old car"

It might have to do with the smooth rotary engine and lack of body roll

Yeah, its funny how shiny sporty looking cars get girls attention. My Alero and Cobalt, I couldn't get a girl to look in my direction.

Yeah it sucks we have to earn something called money and pay bills and feed ourselves, otherwise i would prob be tearing it down 404 to DVP I love this car on the highways....

I don't really get much attention from the chicks in this car only once was i stopped by a lady at blockbuster and she came up to me to talk about my car...too bad she was like friggin 60 years old
