Looks like start time is after 5:00 which offers at least three hours of day light but still allows most people to attend.

Mega meets usually are held near D&B in Vaughan, start in the early afternoon and last until later in the night, ending up at Sam And Pete's for pool and drinks.

We can start at 2:00 but a bunch of people work till 5:00 on Saturday. AS long as this is event carries on until night everyone should be able to attend, right?
