no prob man. btw, i hate you! i would love to go to OZ!!!!
also, i finally got around to voting on the pole. I would love to do that southwood rd one day...but honestly, its a 4 hr drive for me just to get there...then we tour around there for a while and a 4 hr drive home....that seems a little much. plus you figure whenever we get together in a large group it takes us for freakin ever to get anywhere. lol.
i would think that would easily be a 10 hr day behind the wheel (at least for me being so far west). Last year i think we were at about 8 hours behind the wheel and i think we didnt even get to do the entire cruise that andy had planned for us.
Im looking into other roads to suggest. as fun as the forks/hockley valley is (we definitly should do both if we are doing one of them, being that its all right in the same area) its just packed, especially late october when autumn is in full swing. you guys remember what happened last year. everyone up at the front of the pack got slowed up by traffic. I have to confur with my co-driver from when we used to do nav rallying all over southern ontario. we were on some really awesome roads. I'll have to see what i can come up with. I'll be seeing her tomorrow night for a bit so I'll let you know ASAP if i come up with anything. If all else fails, the forks is always a fun cruise regardless of mild traffic porblems.

unfortunately not... I'm gone the previous week as well... going there for my sister's wedding. OZ should be decent... but... guh... it's pretty much taken all my vacation time / money (that I didn't have to begin with... damn car). Oh well... thanks anyways for thinkin' about moving the date in any case!

rx8thunder,
You work?!?!
Rev,
How come you're always going to some exotic locals?? I would love to see OZ.
I can only imagine how much that trip is running you.
Forks of credit is always packed. With people and popo.
Ever thought of running a small cruise through the Niagara-on-the-lake pennisula? We would always have a fall cruise around late Sept.
Lots of nice roads up and around the escarpment. Not as crowded too.

I've only ever been on two vacations in my life... one to Mexico like 7 years ago... and then to England 2 years ago. This trip to Australia... while it will be fun I'm sure... it's still gonna me hectic...

When you settle on a date and route I will let ya know if I can make it, most likely tho (I hope).
Lapping day was either going to be the 4th or the 18th, but this is on the 18th for sure??
Idea - straight to shannonville for 9, out of there 12:30 then do a real cruise back??
