I was the first one from this forum to buy an 8 from Peter at Mountain Mazda in Hamilton, Ontario. He is the General Manager there so you're not dealing with a sales rep who doesn't know the car.

I have praised Peter on the forum before and others have taken my advice and got a good deal from Peter and had a good experience. A lot of us people who pre-ordered long before the 8's arrived can't say that. I consider myself one of the lucky ones.

If you contact Peter, make sure you mention this forum as he is aware that people are being referred to him by others on this forum.

I doubt very much you'll be able to get $2K knocked off the price but give him a call . He'll give you a straight answer and he'll also give you a discount on any accessories you add to your car. Good luck.
