Sorry not me. I will not be able to stay too long as well as I have to at the airport tomorrow for 7am.
I'll be staying to about 10ish.
Hopefully I'll be coming down in the 8, the roads here are looking better.

I got to the parking lot at D&B at 9:15pm wher you guys were last time. There were no 8's... I went inside anyways (thinking maybe you guys parked elsewhere).. I walked around the bar area, and into the game area and couldn't find anyone.

Then I drove to Dooley's thinking maybe you guys went there, I didn't find anyone there either. I've never been to "the Irish Pub" so I don't know where that is..

Man I tried hard to find you guys... I should take down one of you guys' cell phones.. like Warren or Chris. You guys wanna PM me your cell?

The Irish Pub is toward the movie theatre just past boston pizza.

Anyways here are some things we decided:
- Blue Ray has won
- XboX 360 is better than PS3 if you're a man about it
- HD TV to awesome but Super HD will blow your mind,
- **** should never be on HD (somethings you just don't need to see that well)
- Usenets are the bomb, download baby download
- White RX8's are faster than the speed of dirt
- P0301 codes suck
- DB's scanalizer is kewl (get one of these kids instead of an ODBII reader)
- Beer is good
- When Mazda releases the MX5 Mazdaspeed officially every car sold by Mazda will be faster than the 8
- Last but not least my Dad is bigger than your Dad.

To get to the secret awesome parking lot at D&B you drive past the front door, then at the stop sign turn left. It's on your left. Pretty small with a single lamp post if I recall.

To get to the pub from there, spin around in circles until you see the movie theatre. Walk towards it and the pub will eventually appear on your left.

 

yes, I will proceed to do some special donuts in the parking lot a bit while heading in that direction. I saw a guy in a yellow BMW do a few that day.

 

Just an update. I got my RB wires, and new RP supercat installed (under warranty). The car is much better now. Its a lot quieter, and doesn't smell like a ported 1st gen anymore. With the wires everything feels a lot smoother, and the idle doesn't move around anymore. All good things.

Apparently white RX-8's are faster than dirt. I wasn't aware of this!

 

Yeah Neo, the 8 is back to a more socially acceptable running condition. And amazingly I am using less fuel.

I dropped past the meet about 10pm on my way back from Karting, everyone was still there but I was in a rush to get home.

Call your isp to see if they have a news server and get the address.

For software, try Grabit. It's the friendliest newsreader I've found. Might want to google an article on what newsgroups are about so you know what the heck you're looking at.
