Forks of the Credit - Fall 2010 edition

Forks of the Credit

Have anyone been to the Forks of the Credit lately? Just want to find out if there is any construction or closure that might ruin the fun. I plan to make a trip out there on the Thanksgiving long weekend.

good luck. even if theres no construction, its always totally packed with sunday drivers or bikers and cops no matter when you go now. its impossible to have a nice drive at any speed in those parts lately.

Drove down there yesterday, big road closed signs up, they say no access to Belfountain.

Thanks for the heads up. Where did you see the sign? Is it just the road leading into the Belfountain town that's closed, or part of the main route?

I entered Forks of the Credit from Hwy 10 and maybe 1-2kms in there is a huge sign blocking almost the whole road., it detours you north toward the conservation area.
