The problem here isn't speeding, but lack of attention and discipline. First we need to completely ban cellphone use in car. Second, all trucks should be restricted to the slowest right lane only, no exception. Finally, we need better informatics along our highway system. There should be electronic signs *everywhere* telling people the traffic condition ahead, average speed, pothole alerts etc.

It will never happen and Cellphones are already banned to be used in the car. Please tell me that you've never spoke on the phone while driving, speeding, having fun. You are just being a bit hypocritical, I just love how people do this sometimes...
Anyway We already have Screens telling us about stuff (hurray for montreal...) that had happened ahead and warning signs. Also don't you think you are being a bit over the top? A difference would be as the right lane is slow/truck lane, middle lane is completely normal, and the left lane is the FAST lane. I think this is how things should work. Don't ya think, eh?

I thought the cellphone ban had already passed... meh.. I tried searching the gov site but can't really find it. Basically states that they've purposed the ban.. but it hasn't gone any further then that. Either way.. if you're in an accident and you're caught using a cellphone you can be.. "charged with Careless Driving under the Highway Traffic Act — or even Dangerous Driving, a criminal offence."

RaaRRRrR! There's no such thing as a fast or medium lane!!!! Anything to the left is for passing slower traffic on the right. If you're not passing someone you're suppose to be in the right hand lane. Pisses me off. I was amazed that in certain stretches of the states on the highways everyone was driving in the right lane and only went into the left to pass. Was craziness. Traffic moved so well.

It's kind of nice.... the best aspect of the car (IMHO) is the sick brakes. "So what's the best part of your car!?"

We don't need people like you, you people are a disgrace to this country and to the law. Speeders should be banned for driving for a total of 1 month to learn their appropriate lesson. You are lucky you didn't die you fool.
Lol just kidding, that's pretty crazy! Well I can understand why they wouldn't give you a ticket, but they just gave you a warning. Well you had to suddenly move due to a very slow driver that you couldve crashed into and most of your actions were pretty good except for speeding
Well you really are lucky because that cop mustve been pretty chill... other ******** wouldve just given you a big *** ticket stating that you were RECKLESS driving.

You could say i was speeding but really 120 on the 403 is the flow of traffic... wasnt passing anyone and was being passed by ppl in the fast lane
