dont let them put a buffer to your car they stripped the paint off of the front bumper and had to replace the whole bumper

/signed

signature mazda is horrendous, if your dealing with mazda goto one of the other ones in town. I take my car and truck to Morrey personally, but any would be better than signature.

Signature Mazda sucks - mostly the Sales Department, but Service Department blows as well - but not as much!

sales at signature sucks...the sales people are misinformed and well, seedy to say the least...

the service however, i find pretty good, they had fixed everything on my GF miata and did a lot of stuff they didn't have to for free...

can someone explain why they dont think the service is good?

I think most of them are newer owners, which is good, means we are slowly growing, but I have had nothing but good, prompt service everytime I have taken my car in to Signature. Too many sales people dont know what it is they are selling, they just try to sell it. But service people are paid to take care and fix cars, not to get them sold, but to satisfy the customers by making the car work, and the faster and better they so thier work, the more they can do, and the more likely you will go back there. If you run into bad service somewhere, then it is common for a customer to go to another place for business, always test the market for where is best for you.

Well this is just how things go...

everyone has different experiences ....

i have excellent service at Signature Mazda and i am satisfied by their work..... but other people might have had a bad experience with them....

my advice is just... goto the dealership that you feel comfortable going to..... a place where you had a bad experience with might be good for someone else..... or vice versa a place you had good experiences with might be bad for someone else...

If you feel Signature Mazda hasnt served you right then my onyl advice is to goto another one that you feel treats you right

Metrotown mazda seems to be servicing 8's alot. Everytime I drive by, there's always at least 1 in the service bay.

And Frank knows his stuff.

Did Signature promise you guys a new set of tires for free (when they wear out) if you have all the recommend service done with them?

They didn't put anything in writing and I wonder if it is a sales scam. I figure a set of four new tires is worth $1,200.

You were supposed to sign the "tires for life" program sheet when you purchased your car.

you probably signed it and didnt remember....
there is no way in hell that they forgot to do that because it is part of what they are supposed to do in the Business manager's office when you were finalizing your car's deal..

If for some reasons from Mars that they forgot to do that just go back to the dealer and tell them about it and sign one..

Nope, no paperwork and I don't sign anything without keeping a copy. I had to bring my car back to have the tape guard residue removed and my salesman told me to just keep my the service deparmantment receipts as proof.

Thanks, I will bring it up again on my first oil change.

You won't get a set of OEM Bridgestone RE-040s for less than $1600 mounted and balanced in Canada.

I truly wonder if they will replace them with good tires though. Mind you, there's not that many cheap 18" tires out there.

They will replace it with the same OEM tires and if the OEM tires has been discontinued then they will replace it with something of the same level/class/price range.
