empress of ireland (a ship) brought many immigrants to canada before sinking in the st. lawrence river.

it was/is an impressive ship. my dad has been scuba diving on it for years with his many canadien freinds.

please realise that it was not me that named it so but canadien historians and researchers. the Halifax Harbor Explosion was indeed devasting and i did not mean to demean it.
