alright.. well.. we have footman confirmed with 25 snasages.. I'll grab a bbq and like 3 packs o dogs n some buns... if anyone wants to buy some burgers and assorted buns it would be appericated.

I think we're good for coolers... Mark.. lets meet on Sat and hit up costco.. we'll buy some drinks or something..

 

Got confirmation that I will get my car back no later than Friday so I will be at the event, rain or shine! Just tell me what I owe to help pay for food (or tell me what to pick up)

so it seems the core group from the torontoAreaRX8club will all be in attendance for the most part. thats good.
I'll grab a few burgers and buns and maybe some chips or something. anyone bringing condiments?
As for the other groups, im sure it will turn out like ours, 22 claimed to show, im guessing 10 or so....however many of us regulars there are, thats about it. other clubs will be like that too im sure.
So if we just make sure there is enough food to comfortably feed our entire club if everyone wasnt a bunch of flakes and that should be good right? I wouldnt worry about it too much though.
if we run out, we run out. people cant complain concidering all the work chris and al have gone through for us.

 

Well we know that Andrew is bringing like 25 sausages.

Only other thing we need is like burgers, buns for the burgers, and buns for the sausages.

We might grab condiments from Costco on Saturday, along with drinks.

My question is what about the other clubs?

We just giving, well selling them what's left over?

 

I say we pool money for the rx8 club guys initially...and selling extras for the other folks?

 

hey guys,, wont make the 6 30 at the dealership, but i will be at the track that day, if i can get in on the lapping i am down forsure, if not, no big deal.

 

I will bring some mustard and Ketchup, 24 bottles of water, chips, cooler and ice

if everyone brings some extra burgers and buns and stuff i dont see how we wont have enough food for the other clubs. Again, i wouldnt worry about it though. Nasty weather will be just the excuse people use to not attend.

 

I will bring some soft drinks too. (Maybe coke / water) @ 24 bottle.
