I just tried to book a service appointment at Avante Mazda on Youge street. Apparently they are combining the two location into the one at the Richmoundhill location and are not taking any new appointments . Ok heres the question the Youge location was barely convenient before but I liked dealing with them ( I live in East Scarborough 401 area) anyone have experience with a good dealer service location in the Scarborough area that they can recommend?

 

service is amazing at avante mazda .... speak with anthony in service . Great guy to deal with . Tell him peter sent you , and he'll make you visit as comfortable as possible.

 

I agree . the problem is that the Avante in North York is being merged with the Avante in Richmoundhill . The issue is this is even further out of the way for a mid week drop off . Shuttle service to work or home are both out of their area from the new location. I was hoping that someone that has been to any of the Scarborough locations felt good enough about the service to recommend them.

 

Have you tried Scarboro Mazda? I bought two cars from Al Balinsky (General Manager - he posts here as #84 Racing) Al is a great guy and a straight shooter. Check the link for previous threads on Toronto area service.

So their closing down the Toronto one...well, at least I live near the Richmond Hill location. Avante has great service hands down.

As for Scarbrough one's--I'll see what I can dig up for you.

Apperintly another Mazda dealership will be opening at that location under a different franchise name.
Morningside Mazda the closest to me but things I keep hearing about warnings about a few dealers. I haven't heard anything about Morningside Mazda one way or another and No news is not enough to mean good news.
I'd like to here from people with first hand experience .
