I dont care what anyone says, its not safe to take a loaded spring apart without one and i wont take part if there isnt going to be a good spring compressor there.

Johnny, i have no one in my city either. i had to reach out. im like 1.5hrs away from all the action really, but i make do. good thing i love driving my 8. haha. looking forward to meeting you and dubbing you a canadian in person. haha.

ZmFnZm, you have no idea. i have a really big hang up about spring compressors. where i worked a few years ago i watched a set of crappy spring compressors slip on the spring and come together, crushing the technicians hand. These springs have serious power and they dont take kindly to fooling around. when i think of all the stupid things i've done to compress springs and how dangerous it all was....never again.
OUCH!!!!!

I changed the front springs and shocks on my first car years ago. Did it in my garage at home... BUT the first thing i did was go to Crapy Tire and rent a spring compressor. Didn't feel like killing myself taking off the retaining nut!!
Mind you that was on a '95 Ford Escort with a whopping 88hp!!!!!

BTW, the front springs suspension is very very easy to take apart. i had the struts out in like 10 mins. the only thing that took time was compressing the springs and taking that all apart as our spring compressor at work sucks sweaty donkey *****.
Nice Greg!! Can't wait to see it, no more off roading for you

Yup canadian tire rent a spring compressor, free and easy to use. Just slow.

Anywher where we can park our cars safely, or see them from inside if we are dining.

Anyone that parks on either side of me, will be blanketed with my alarm.

No strip clubs, last thing I need is a wasted douche trying to key my car because Brittany wouldn't give him the special after the lap dance.

I would be up for nice, different place to dine.

Never been to an ihop, is that how you spell it? Yep, just googled it.

No, its not the international house of prayer.

IHOP would be good if anyone is up for breakfast in the states.

ya I am, you think we should swap the coils and plugs and wires in while we're there.

If the car is going on the hoist, we could easily get at the plugs. And with the MS intake I could easily get at the coils.

Paypal account is filling up as parts of the car are being sold.

No buyers yet for my spoiler.

lol...ya not an easy choice, personally I think something just says Rx8 is just to plain for the cost and look. Mazdaspeed or the rotary symbol is cool.

There is no hoist to use!! and for the time that we actually want to spend there (least as possible) plugs and wires don't bother, coils take 10min with ms intake.

Surprised about your spoiler, figured that would be first to go.

well if the rims and tires are gonna get put on by the shop well the car would be on a hoist right.

so i'll ask them to take off the front driver, and while they do the others we could get in there yank the original plugs out.

NO man LOL...there is no hoist! He doesn't use one says he can do it faster without one. Greg, Rev and I will be busy with my exhaust, so I guess you have that much time lol. Whatever you like man...just try to get her done by the time we are done with my exhaust and everyone's stuff and all is good. Ask mike if you can do your front left last, and when the tire is off go nuts!

B pillar - no the place I posted sells different ones (so I was told), call them and ask, talk to Ray say I sent you and see what he says.

Yes I like those two!

If he has no hoist how is he planning to swap tires? On the floor with a floor jack in place? So whats the labor cost for this, cause thats something I can do. I rather just pay him to mount and balance the tires in that case.

I think I'm gonna forgo the pillars right now, its a cost savings of like 3 dollars on shipping. Maybe we can set up a group buy for that stuff later in May.

Jack...if you are unsure call him and ask him, I'm sure it is included in the price of mounting etc. I have no idea man, I'm not getting tires.

Cool!
