Im from London as well... sort of... Red GT with alberta plates.

 

...saluted a fellow BB at Wellington and Horton today at lunch... so who else here resides in London? (And just curious, is not a student?) The only other 8 I've noticed regularily is a yellow one with appearance package and an OEM spoiler.

I'm from london. I drive a red rx-8 with a spoiler and sideskirts (the ones that Mazda sells)... barely any 8's around here... I got my car in the beg of Oct and I think I've seen a total of 7 since...
I think there's a yellow one that I've seen a couple of times parked at a house near my work and I parked at a futureshop once beside a black one. And canadian_8 ive seen your car once turning left on to western rd going down down sarnia. I was surprised to see an alberta licence plate.

I'm from london too. Just got a black, 6speed/MT a week or so but bought it in Ottawa over the summer. Would like to meet up with some of you sometime.

 

i live about 45 min from london and also have a bb 8. i would like to get to no some locals and talk about our cars, know my friends and gf are getting sick of hearing it.

 

I'm in London too. Just joined the RX-8 ranks in July. I'm a copper red '06 SE. I think it would be fun to get together. There's a few of us in town. I wave to everyone I see, but no-one ever waves back :o(

Julica, I'll definitely wave if I see you. I have seen so few 8's here and the copper red would be a unique sight.

 

I always wave, and people just look at me like I’m an idiot. Seen a nice white 8 on Richmond Saturday night.

 

I'm getting the eibach pro-kit springs put on Saturday. I was "thinking" about putting the eibach decals on my windows (like I did when I got the celica lowered). Hope that's not terribly cheesy ... if I see any of you and you DON'T wave, I'll know why.

ps. anybody here have those springs? do you like them?

Ther are at least three 8's in Chatham and I'm trying to get the "wave" going here. It seems futile!!
I've tried flashing lights and the arm out of the window.............very little success.

 

everytime im in probart i see other 8's there, yet to meet any of there owners thu.

 

I've only been in to Probart's twice so far, but I haven't seen any other 8's there. I must be due for an oil change soon. Maybe I'll meet someone then?

 

Hey Eug, I got it at Bank St. Mazda. I was not having much luck finding a black here in London or in Ottawa but the black was in the showroom. I'm really not crazy at all about the sand leather colour but as the leather is breaking in and getting a little scuffed and dirty, I'm liking it more.

Getting the eibach pro-kit springs on saturday. I hope I like the drop. I also want a different spoiler but so much $$.

I've also only been to probart a few times since getting the 8 and I've only seen 8's on the lot, none in service. I used to bring my mx3 there years ago and wasn't crazy about the management but now they are younger and I like them all.

Hope to see your copper 8 on the road some time.

Hi Sandro, are you a Velocity Red? If so, then yes, you probably did see me on Wonderland. I waved to a VR on Wonderland once.

What are you going to do when the lease is up? Keep her or trade her in?
