Driving BC roads in my rental magentis really makes me want to drive a RX-8 out here.

The roads are so much more exciting then Ontario.

Dude... your in my area (my hood). New Westminster is my sweet sweet home.
I live near on the board walk, just past the rotating train track bridge, on the other side of the submarine park.

Don't go to Top Gun sushi (Unless you have a BIG appetite (ALL you can eat!*) I would go to "Ki Sushi" literally in front of the new west sky train.

*Tubin Champ is not as old as us old timers, he's still has his athletic appetite.

PS: I remember seeing a car like this one. The one I'm thinking of is a Marco special from "Force Fed" (Specializing in 13B Rotary Turbo setups). The owner had the engine bay dressed up in blue, polished clean and repainted. Spectacular. Also.. it had one of the biggest turbo fans I've ever personally seen. Sigh... it was intensely cool (well.. to me anyways).

Mike, you still in the area? How about grabbing some quality sushi and chat about some rotary car stories?

 

Burnaby Mountain "Horizons Park" is one of the best local roads for Rotary cars. It's my personal favorite.

Also there is Iowna Island that runs along side the vancouver airport... that too is a memorable sports car road.

Dang.... our club would have loved to meet you. How long are you in town?

I am here every 3rd week or so. I'll give you guys a heads up next time I come......we can chat about RX-8s, you can all marvel at my rental versa, etc.
