All you Mississaugans....

Hey guys,

Which dealership serves as your mother ship? hehe

For me, it's currently at Erin Mills.

I know we've gone back and forth with this in the past, but I just wanted to get some feedback on the three Mazda dealers in Sauga.

Thanks and God Bless you guys!

Ben.

I've been going with Erin Mills Mazda since that's where I purchased the vehicle from. Only one complaint so far and that was when I brought in my car to get the credit card issue fixed. They try to answer my questions whenever I ask what they're doing and why. Though they're not the greatest in returning calls when I leave a message and there were several times when I called and I got passed around from one department to another. So, unless they give me a good reason to leave, I'll stick with them and give them the benefit of the doubt.

I know there's a new one that opened up on Battleford (Mississauga Mazda) but I have yet to check that place out.

I originally went to Ontario Mazda to purchase my car but since they didn't give me the time of day even though I was one of two/three customers in the showroom in the middle of a Wednesday afternoon, I decided not to go there. If their sales people are like that, I can only imagine how their service dept will be like (someone change my mind)

I hear ya dude....Ontario Mazda is the worst for sales, however, their service isn't bad as I had a few emergency visits dealt with immediately and professionally. Mississauga Mazda is very bad with their service, as you can check my 48K service rant thread. The service manager over their is okay, but this one service guy really turned me off with bad service and bad quotes. Erin Mills so far seems to be the best of them all. Frank, the service manager is a great guy and always gives me great service, true they take a long time to return my calls, but the job is done well, and they explain everything that is done properly. So I'll prolly stick with Erin Mills Mazda for a while, unless as you say, they really give me a good reason to leave.

Dude, was it your 8 I saw this Monday when I went to ask some questions about what they did to my 8 on Friday? Also, I dunno if it was you heading down Ninth Line toward Derry on Saturday and I was behind you in my VR 8.

They are awesome! And the owners rock!! They sent me $100 gift card for helping out at MOTM...

They (Oakville Mazda) couldn't fix any issue that I had with my 8 be it a rattle or other. An oil change they could do but you had to book a week and a half in advance. That was the last straw with them. I phoned Burlington Mazda from their customer lounge one Saturday after being sent away. Burlington Mazda told me to drop around anytime - drive thru service. Free car washes at that elaborate car wash up on Appleby as well.
They finally have diagnosed the lack of power issue that has plagued my 8 for a 1/2 year now. They are installing a new engine/manifold next week. Oakville Mazda said there was no problem.
In fairness to Oakville Mazda they have had a change of ownership this year and they are certainly advertising the fact. They are a small shop though and the difference is night an day between them. Actually, if I lived anywhere near where I purchased the car I would still be using Ontario Mazda. They have great service.
