SHIIIIIIIIIIT!

VR RX-8 today at Crowfoot Shell gas station around 12:30 PM. You were putting in gas when my REALLY DIRTY 2009 Corolla passed by, I figured if I got out to say hi you'd be like "wtf is this Corolla".

Still can't decide whether to get a VR 2010 or a EB 2009.

 

If anyone sees a pearl white rx8 that's me I live in Edmonton I wanna get a BBQ rx8 meet this summer maybe at heritage park or something. Pm me if ur interested I'll get the meet organized -

 

Well I'll have a meet planned for June (because I get my RX-8 mid to late May) so expect one by at least then if no one else sets one up earlier.

 

Sounds like a plan man keep me posted I wanna join - btw I was thinking of havin a charity rotary event maybe - I'll host it thro rx8club and 780tuners - but lots of planning and stuff first hah

 

There's a full on **** storm here in Calgary right now, I can't see the road in front of where I work, hell I can't even see the building beside the one I'm working in, I saw a couple RX-8's today too ... not good for the car

 

I was driving in it just now...

A bus nearly t-boned me at nosehill + country hills, because the light is out there, and it became a 4-way stop intersect...

 

^ That's messed up right there. Its not even so much as raining in Lethbridge, just windy. Though I guess its a trade-off, you get a nice audible sound of rocks being hurled into your car here...

 

I followed you (I think) for a while on the Sherwood Park Freeway a little while ago.

Saw a weird RX-8 today or maybe it was because of the sun but ...

Purple (very dark red?) RX-8 around 1 PM I think leaving Market Mall underground parking lot (the one in front of TD and Staples).

 

See a VR 8 parked on Hampton's Drive in the NW with some cool rims on it...anyone here?

Silver RX-8 at the corner of Edenworld and Edgebrook Drive heading towards Shagganappi Trail at 2:00 PM.

 

Saturday afternoon around 230 at the University of Lethbridge, by the gym parking... a TiGray, a VR and a SS... any of them belong to anyone on here?

 

Updated with the Calgary spotting's and if you have an Unknown beside your name if you could post your RX-8 that'd be cool. I'll add all of Alberta later after finals are over I just got bored and wanted to do some fun stuff lol

 

I have a blue one. It's Winning Blue BTW, don't know what an Electric Blue is.

 

The 2009 one is listed as Electric Blue on the Mazda site. Is there a difference?

 

Someone who works at Crowfoot has a Velocity Red RX-8 with no hub caps, saw it today around 9:00 AM, owner might have seen me drive by it in my Corolla ... lol

Grey RX-8 going down Crowchild Trail heading East at around 10:15 PM, you probably saw the Corolla to your right speed up and then slow down when it got close to you lol

 

I'm still around snoop on here still every once in awhile, mostly as a guest... and still have the car! Same as Slowlude, dont drive it much.. and it sleeps for the winter for the last few years.

I see a VR on Hwy 2 south of the city every once in awhile with a personalized plate, lots of waving, as well as a white south of Okotoks who wouldnt notice me unless i broadsided him LOL!

Saw two today which was a suprise

Blue RX-8 heading West on Crowchild Trail with no rims (unless they were black - the car was too far for me to recognize) around 4:45 PM - ish

Grey RX-8 with no logo turning into Royal Birch Blvd around 6-7?

 

Checked back again, this time they were parked with the back end facing me. It is indeed that one. Guess the owner works at Tony Roma's?

LETHBRIDGE

Seen a (I think) Copper Red -the colour was too dark to be VR- heading north on Mayor Megrath past Montana's and Boston Pizza.

Kinda off topic, but I seen a very nice looking, well-kept dark red '92 RX7 drive by my house Sunday afternoon. I just about shat myself. That was a sexy, sexy car. Then latter that day I seen an equally nice black one driving down Mayor Megrath! What a day.

Followed a white one with Mazdaspeed rims (rubberduckie?) almost all the way up 23rd St. N. @ 4:45ish on my way home from work today.

 

spotted a silver mazdaspeed 8 on crowchild a few days ago, and then spotted it again yesterday?(or maybe the day before) on country hills blvd.

 

there's been a ton of people that have finally brought their 8s out for the summer. I see a few a day downtown Edmonton and sometimes in Sherwood Park. I feel silly waving when I'm walking down Jasper Ave though.

 

Me and my car are in Vancouver now, so not me!!!
