The weather forecast said it's gonna be a good day on Sunday...........

 

A) It's RAFFLE not waffle

B) Relax dude... it's going to be more free flowing. Most things will be taking place through out the day... the road force etc will be done once every couple of hours.. you want the chance to get this done.. you hang around. Everything else... it's pretty much all happening at the same time... the only thing you really need a set time for would be for when the silent auction ends...

 

K. I just want to make sure we have major items taken care of.

Only thing left now is DJing...I think the transporter got external power source...

We just need outdoor speakers and a mic really. I'll just run tunes off of the laptop, I have mixing software. Doesn't need to be fancy.

 

We cant do set up on Saturday as we are open for business. The only thing we will be doing Saturday is parking the Dyson Transporter across the front of the dealership and unloading the Lemans car to put in the showroom (thats where they want it to be)

 

Will get confirmation from the guy who did MotM...not sure yet.

Either him or Jay will be fine, but since the guy already did MotM last week he probably still got everything set up?

Anyone have any concerns about that? Thanks.

 

Awsome, i hope i get a free alignment! It's safe to head there at 10am and get a spot right? or should we head there a little earlier to grab a good spot?

Will parts run out if we dont buy them early? or are the parts orders?

 

I saw the draft floor plan, so is it all the Rx-8 will be in one group, Rx-7 another group, Mazda6, then Mazda3, Miata, Protege, etc? Or like Darklight9 said, we gotta go there earlier to grab a good spot?

If we arrive early as a group we can definitely take the spots together...right now everything is in flux, but thats the ideal case

I want Rx8 to stay around Star mazda 'cause its just the same engine! RENSIS!

I am really proud of that fact and I definitely will tell ppl that day so I can say my engine pwn your engine since its in a formula car haha :P

Josh was hittin' the pipe pretty hard when he came up with that floorplan. It's first come first serve parking. Screw the divsions.. it's too hard to manage because people will come and go.. you can never tell how many people will be there at any given time... and besides... we're just one big mazda family yo.
