Hey I was wondering if anyone knows why I can't get my rx8 going again. It was flooded, I did the deflood procedure alot of times, and eventually got it deflooded (ithink). It lets me start it up, turns over and everything but wouldn't stay at idle. When I let off the clutch it only lets me rev it to 4000 rpm then shuts off again. Also does anyone know where I can buy some leading spark plugs?

So here's the update, I can't upload a video from this phone because the site says it doesn't cooperate with mp4. The rx8 runs and everything only when I unplug the MAF sensor, and soon as I plug it back in it dies out. ???
Also would any of these sites even beable to deliver across the Canada and U.S border due to Covid19?

 

Yes they are still delivering. Did you try removing the MAF from the intake spraying it down with some MAF cleaner then re-installing it? It might just be all gunked up.
