Hi,
I'm thinking about ordering my 2005 RX-8 from Morningside Mazda later on this year or maybe early next year. (Since it is fairly close to my house) Just wanted to know if anyone happens to know whether they Good/Bad.

Also, should I be worry about my deposit since they seems to have very light traffic of people into their Dealership all the time, should I be worried that they might close down and lose my deposit ??

Rumour has it (although unconfirmed) that Morningside is going under (or changing hands) ...ask around -- I'd be hesitant of providing them with a deposit. The rumour could be total bunk ...but that's the word on the street.

 

I am interested in purchasing and was looking for insights from Toronto area Mazda owners as to which dealer has the best service department in terms of responsiveness and customer satisfaction in the GTA.

I'm really happy with my dealer -- smaller Mazda store (more like a big family). Service Dept thus far has been very responsive (Service Mgr is from Morningside)... I've been dealing with the Bus Mgr on the sales side (extremely thorough). Dealer is well financed as well (also has an Acura, Honda and Nissan Store in the local area)... if you're in the east end of GTA, you should check them out

 

I met a cool guy named Anthony during our GTA Meet last night. He said he can help us get some good deals from Vante Mazda at (Yonge and Steeles). There are a couple of guys who ordered their 8 from them already so just get the contact info from them.

Interestingly, on the Mazda6 forum with several members commenting that Vante got top notch service and their sales are very good. So pretty sure I'm going to pay them a visit when I order mine for next year.

 

Yes, maybe he can do discounts on parts too
