OK i am having this years first luxury meet since last year.


It is some what last minute as i usually make these months in advance but here goes.
As Kensai Racing /KHF has moved i am using them as host to help people know where the new shop is.
They are organizing reps from the audio and performance end of things to come out and bring a few manufacturer cars out. They will also be providing a BBQ and freebie giveaways as well.
They were located on Nantucket by Kennedy and Lawrence/Ellesmere.
They are now by Steeles and esna park/Dennison (behind Don Valley Lexus)
Kensai Racing is located at 170 Esna park drive

Take 401 to 404 north
exit steeles/woodbine ,go past steeles do not turn.
make a right at Dennison and they are located on the North-East corner of Esna Park and Dennison.

It starts at 2pm and will go until 7 atleast.

I am trying to get an amazing dent remover PDR guy to come out with his Turbo'd pt cruiser to get some great deals for everyone.
Also am trying to get a clear bra tint guy to give estimates and hopefully a good deal for all those interested.
Their is a possibility of a bumper blender i know to come out as well who does quick touch ups cheap and professional.

When is kensai going to come out for CASC TCGT races?

 

I can't speak for them as i don't work for them.
As far as i know they are now focused on there Acura RSX type-S race team in the grand am cup. So i don't think they have time to run all the local races much anymore. But like i said i don't know.

Umm, I think the title "RX-8 club" could be changed to "RX club".... Seeing as how I own an FD. And probably will be bringing more FD and FC buddies along.

There was a small showing of rotaries. Agent008, Darkbrew were the only RX-8's that showed up. The rest were RX-7 guys.

It was a small parking lot, and we got to see some interesting cars. I'm surprised there are that many Skylines around the GTA. I hope not all of them have outrageous wheels like the ones we saw at the meet.

Take a look at the threads regarding lapping days at Mosport!! There's one for just the lunch hour, and then there's a full day tracking day!
I'm showing up for the lunch one for sure. And provided my funding gets better, I'll probably attend the full track day as well.

Thanks for the heads up Neo! If I'm in town I will definitely make the lunch hour lapping at Mosport. I read on the RX-7 forum that the lunch hour lapping is actually July 1st. Is that correct? Also, I haven't been driving too much since we got back from Ottawa, so I only have about 3,500kms on the clock. Ya think it's safe to track already? I'm going to search for the full lapping day thread (if you weren't talking about the 19th, I have to work Monday).
