I think the owner is sick of the automatic... or cannot afford the car. There are millions reasons to sell a property. He is asking a good price too $56000 for an automatic after 18000km meaning that he is not needing the money or selling it quick - it is a fair price - presume it is a leather pack.

Ummm... whats wrong with that.
It might be work vehicle and the owner may think that he/she will get the best return / least amount of loss selling it with low kms

I know plenty of people who only drive cars until it reaches the 15000kms mark then they sell it and get another one.
