It was only a matter of time, alloys and bush roads/tracks.
One of my rims has just developed a hairline crack on the internal edge, and our local tyre fellow, who has plenty of experience with such, reckons it should be covered under warranty.
Any opinions before I ring my dealer on Monday?

Further, yonks ago some members were offering standard rims for sale: anyone (preferably Sydney or the Central Coast) got a set taking up space in their garage?

Whilst I cannot make the Nats (Golden Oldies Rugby commitment) I am pleased that six 8s from Qld will be spending the Thursday night in Walcha en route. Hopefully a chance to feel what I saw under Hymee's bonnet three weeks ago!!

never a good thing to hear......
i'd suggest to do a search on this matter... from memory there were a few wheel cracks incidents
give mazda a call on monday and see what they can do

 

That does not stop you from trying to tell Mazda about it.

They are cast wheel but I think they are pretty strong.... :o
