I'd like to see a picture of the RX8 key ring. I only got a little torch (blue) and the RX8 book ala coffee table.

I got the same pack you did Ezzy. The dealer (my ex girlfriend) also gave me a few extras: Rotor notepad, really nice rotor style aircraft aluminium pen, and RX8 cap. All for a good write up in the customer satisfaction survey no doubt!

I've had the squeezy RX8 for almost 2 years now! got it for a birthday present in 2002 I think.

yeah, thats the one!

damn, you got some goodies. may pick up the phone and hassle the dealer for some

NT rotar head,
just a quick one, about the rotar shaped key, where did you go to get it cut? thinking of getting one, but not sure where to take it to. how much did you pick that up..... if you dont mind me asking.

deano,
give them at least 3 weeks! they came from melbourne, so there will be a bit of "delay"!?!? :D
have you done the 30mins telephone custom satification survey yet? :D :D :D

Gosh, I feel left out here in the US. About the only thing we get is a bottle of touch up paint, and a big thick payment book

Sounds like you guys have a good dist/importer in Ozz.

Ezzy, the key is an accessory that you can get from Mazda. It was $80. I closed my eyes, ignored the price of the genuine accessories, and ordered all the extras at the same time I ordered the car. It was cut and encoded and ready to go when I picked the car up. I'm not sure how long it would take to get the key done, I waited over 6 months for my RX8 so it was done during that time.

First point of call would be the spare parts dept at your local dealer I'm guessing.

Deano, my customer pack turned up after about 3 weeks as well. Same as Ezzy's. (My T-shirt was too big though, luckily I was able to swap with Sco!)

Hey Ezzy, I ordered my "special ignition key" when I ordered my 8 on the 9th Jan and took delivery of both on the 20th, so it doesn't take too long to get one made up. I was lucky, mine was included in the deal, along with all my accessories...!!
