I was out at a farm/market garden today doing a valuation on this big acres property. There was a heap of big big sheds on the land and after being in them all we came to the last 1, and whats inside? Under at least an inch of dust that covered every crevace of this this lays a series 3 rx7 with an interior second to none. Its been sitting there undercover for years as the old guy that runs the farm has been sick, and it was offered to me for $500! I'm having a serious think about it for a fun car. Its got 222,000kms on the clock and no doubt may require a re-build, it may be fun to tinker with as stress reliefe.

Before i started my real estate bussiness i had a lady friend nearing fifty , who helped me with her bussiness accumen and excellent contacts in the community .

Long story when Nina died she had me in her will , and thanks to her generosity and wisdom , i am where i am today comfortable with a reasonable income whitout having to bust my *** .
