Wakefield Track day 9th March

Just thought I would invite all the RX8 owners out there to the next RENEW(rotary enthusiasts of new south wales) track day which is on the 9th March at Wakefield. You do not have to be a member of the club to go and you dont need a cams license either. The info and the link to the form are here- http://www.ausrotary.com/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=145007
Hope to see some 8's there as I have been the only one at the last few, keen to show the other rotary guys what the 8's can do..

A Sunday, hmmm. I'm due another track day, so I'll try and pencil this one in.
RENEW days are usually pretty popular aren't they? We may need to book some places with them.

Tim, the extinguisher needs to be mounted within arms reach of driver but not in drivers area,so usually in front of the front passenger seat. I havnt taken mine out since I put it in so I dont know if the holes show. I would pm Mr.Genius on the link I posted at the top of this thread to make sure there are places left..

Good stuff Will, see you there.I just got new wider tyres put on and they are bloody scrubbing at the back! I am going to try to put some more negative camber into them to try to clear the guards, hope it works out..

I might head up to spectate this mega event if the weather holds up. Too slack to get off my **** and organise a drive, but spectating should be almost as fun.

Hi Will. Your car looked great going around out there.I came to say Hi many times but every time I did you were on the grid and I was getting ready to go out myself. Glad you made it, hope you enjoyed the day as much as I did..

Hey Matt

Don't use this site too often as I find the AU site keeps me busy enough

Meant to catch up as well and tell you how good the car looked!!!

The bonnet looks GREAT and makes the car look like it's from a movie

Can't wait to go again although I've got to get my rear drivers side brake looked at. I think half way through the day it got stuck on and now it sounds like it's metal against metal

Will
