They were awesome in the face of adversity.

Hi from England.... brilliant game plan, took the All Blacks to pieces. All we have to do is beat the French and its game on for next week. I'll know in 12 hours from now! Who do you think you'll be playing?

I'd love to see the french smeared all over the field, but I think it's going to be a very hard game. My heart says England, my head says france.

Go heart!

Am I mistaken, an Aussie wanting us to win? Never thought I'd see the day.
The French look classy, but the so did New Zealand, and you guys kicked their a55es. If our guys have got any sense they will be watching a video of the Wallabies to pinch some ideas so we can go on and grind out a win. I think its substance over style.... and hey, if we lose? I'll just go and drive my RX8 to cheer myself up.

If you call born in Luton and moving to Oz in 1965 "Aussie", I suppose so.

But not really, I'm Australian in everything but birth certificate ... I just really hate the French :D ... a lot!

I want to see the French win.

Two reasons : They play aggressive Rugby, and would rather score a try. England rely on drawing the penalty and Mr Wilkinson's boot.

English and NZ press were assuming a NZ-England match up in the final. It would be media-justice if they did meet up, but for the 3rd and 4th playoff.

my preference

England and France to play a brutal bone jarring thump-a-thon with frequent blood bins, extra time, and an all in brawl near full time to force the ref to invoke a mass send off ...

GO THE WALLABIES!!!

IMHO, the Wallabies defeating the All Balcks has been the highlight of the World Cup. I will not die an unhappy man if, as I think will be the case, the French beat the English tonight and then go on to beat us next week.

The French have played the most consistent, skillful rugby this WC, and undoubtebdly the highlight of the last was their victory over the All Blacks. They are the best team never to have won a WC and, given they are hosting the next one, it will keep the whole WC scene very much alive :p

How come Gordon Bray doesn't tell us what motors the players have: he presumes we want to know everything else about them.
