hmmm, I found super streets from Hong Kong shipped for $2000 and I may not have to pay for shipping (take off $500). So I think I will pass. Unless there is an EDFC controller?

Hey that is my line!

May we asked how much you are paying for the Tein Flex here to be selling at $2500 second hand.

As auzoom said, or may have hinted by myself, that the Australian price is a bit over most people's badget.

HK price fitted nicely.

Yes does EDFC included????

Hmmm

Tein Flex is good enough to win the Nurburgring 24 hour race then it is good enough for me on my track days.

I hope you are not in the softest damper setting since I found if I close the valve it is very bumpy. Mind you I have strut bar and sway bar to compliment the stiffness.

The Tein you have is 7 and 4 kg in terms of Spring rate and buddy club is 10 and 6. Apparently reading the site you need an adaptor or some sort to change the damper rate. Is that something to your taste?

If you are thinking of hardcore. Pay some cash. Can get some real racing specs that does not suit normal road driving. People in HK drives the Tein Super racing with has individual damper and bump control (hence 2 EDFCs). Aragosta is popular amongst the Japanese racer and the popularity has transferred to Malaysia. RE Amemiya endorse their product with Quantum suspension Japan. High quality monotube that set you back $6K. They are much harder in spring rate and damper is much better.

If you fancy a mono tube, Tein is going to have a Monoflex in May. It may be to your liking - since the damper rate is higher and feel firmer in the hardest settings.

Good luck finding a good tube

God bless
Taka
