Sorry for keeping staring new thread. Any indication about my future mods?
Hello,
I'm really sorry for writing new thread so frequently.
It looks like some mods i've done expired almost every warranty. ( engine/tranny as well? )
I want to build a car that is very fun to drive. Not really fast car, but rather responsive car. ( like handling, brake, acceleration )
I've done exaust manifold, exaust system ( midpipe+muffler ), CAI , lightend flywheel, suspension ( spring+shock )
And going to order AFE short shifter very soon.
Can anyone suggest/indicate me for future mods?
Pully? brake system? sways?
After all..I should save and wait for SC? ( AFE SC seems great... just waiting )

can people tell me how they maintain their cars in good condition?
all I do is go back to Mazda service regularly, little bit more frequent than they ask me to.
Any better maintaining solutions? like using different oil and fluid to keep parts more healthier and longer life?

Katana, seeing as you got yourself hooked up through Ric Shaw, he will warrant his work 100% and I'm sure of it. I got my clutch replaced thinking it had a problem when my car died on the road. However after replacing the clutch, it died again on the road, thus it was wrongly diagnosed. Ric pulled the g'box apart again and this time as he tipped the box, chunks from the box fell out, so immediately he called Mazda West End (Parramatta) whom he has a very good connection with and they replaced the box under warranty regardless of the aftermarket clutch that Ric had installed.
All in all, Taka knows he's a great guy in Melbourne, I know from experience he cares about customers, which only goes to show that after you've spent that much, you shouldn't be worried at all. Mind you, I was out of warranty by a day or two when all my problems occurred.
Hope that gives you some peace of mind.
