You did! The thread is titled "Somebody Stop Me!" That's a plea for intervention if ever I heard it. Have you tried just lying under the desk reciting the periodic table backwards....that'll get your mind off autoporn/carporn/moddingporn

She's not THAT bad. Indeed, given past events I think the fact that I'm going to the Nationals at all shows some generosity on her part.

As for the new suspension - provided I can get it delivered and installed in time for the Nationals - I'm happy to allow those I know and trust to take it for a quick test drive (on the road, where it's insured!! ).

I'll otherwise post my impressions and a report on all costs involved for others thinking of going down this route.

Congratulations on your purchase. I know how you feel. Max will have to stay stock but I would love an exhaust...just can't justify it even if they do sound awesome. I am so jealous of you getting your suspension mods though. The 8 handles well stock but with your new suspension that should get rid of the suspension wobble they can get. Well mine does anyway, seems a little hesitant at speed around some corners until the back end settles Way better than the Honda though!

Good luck getting it all in before the Nationals.

Ciao'

Nup, OnlineMazdaParts.com. From what I can tell, they should be significantly cheaper than JapanParts.com, but I will confirm final costs once landed.

Not sure if I understand the emphasis in your quote.

Glad to be a source of amusement for you.

Thanks for your support Julia.

If you get a chance to attend the Nationals, you're welcome to some hot laps to see for yourself.
