Sat Oct 4th if you are driving be at the track between 8 and 8:30 AM for scrutinizing and drivers briefing.
Give yourself time to get the license if you do not have one.
Actual Track time will be between 10:00 AM and 4 PM.
Macca will be doing the schedule and groupings for the drivers.
Lunch around 12:30 pm.
4:00 PM all cars must be off the track itself.

Dinner at 7:30 PM

My answer is yes dinner will be family friendly.

8am to 8:30 am be at track.
Lunch 12:30PM
4:00 PM off track.

You should be good Trev I set the dinner up for between 30 and 45 people so they are good with us bringing a few extras.
