I have not been very active around here for the past week, due to a number of reasons.

But one of them was I got my "welcome" pack in the mail on Monday. I wasn't expecting the beautiful hardcover RX-8 book of nearly 200 pages. I'm surpised to not see it mentioned around here. I am engrossed in it. It is a great book.

Just about made up for the in having to pay full price!

Time to get back to it :p

We got the book a while back while we we're waiting....

So, the pre-orders didn't get another with the welcome pack...

(I did because they mixed me up... still waiting for my key!)

It's a great book...

Like the Series-6 (92) & Series-4 (86) before it. They are collectors items & only have a limited production.

In a few years, some of you may be inclined to sell your RX-8's. You may alos be inclined to sell the book, but if you do. E-bay is a great place & you can expect over $100 for it to the right collector that can't quite afford the overpriced RX-8 down under.

Those guys that got the colour-coded ROTOR key are quite privilaged as there is no listing for coloured ROTOR keys. They come in "black" only.

Still, many rotorheads will want one of those keys for there earlier RX at least.

 

Hymee when you have finished reading the rx8 book are you still going to organize a drive day , it will come in handy as school holidays are coming up and after 2 weeks with the 3 boys i and others will need a break , a drive day would be de stressing, hope to hear your thoughts .
