Rotary Enthusiast of NSW Track day

Hey guys. Just thought I'd share this with you all. Its a lot of fun for both beginners and seasoned pro's the like. Its labelled as a lap battle championship along with RENEW & SAU, but is just a bit of good fun & friendly rivalry.

This is a cut & paste from a couple of other forums.

Hope to see you there. DJ.

Event 2 in the Kumho tyres Lap Battle Championship is go!

When: Saturday, 28th May 2011

Where: Wakefield Park Raceway, Goulburn.

The event regulations and entry form are now available

entry form: http://www.renew.asn.au/downloads/2011% ... y%2028.pdf

and regulations: http://www.renew.asn.au/downloads/2011% ... ations.pdf

These events are to be considered entry level motorsport. As a result the driver and car entry requirements are low (see regulations). All cars and drivers of all skill levels and experience are welcome. First time entrants are particularly welcome and are given training.
Participation in the lap battle is at the discretion of the ENTRANT and these days can be treated as a regular track day. Cars will be grouped according to lap times (speed groups) in the interest of safety.

RENEW has been limited to 24 entries per event, as a result we will look favourably on entries that are of the following:

A RENEW member
A rotary powered car entered
Early submission of entry form/payment

If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me at don@renew.asn.au

Get your entry in now to avoid disappointment!

Regards

Don Smith
President
RENEW

By the way. RENEW is a rotary enthusiasts club with some really good members & is really well run. Its a small club that caters for all types of rotaries from the 1950's to your beloved current RX8. But sadly, like most clubs these days, are struggling to survive. So get on it fellas and come have some safe and controlled fun with us at Wakefeild Park.

Cheers Guys.....DJ.
