Rick Shaw piggyback ecu tested?

Has anyone tested Rick Shaw"s piggyback unit to see what improvements in power are available with his tweaking of A/F maps etc. Further, was ignition timing also played with?

Has anyone tested the unit over the 1/4 mile to quantify improvement in times?

Maybe Rick would be kind enough to respond.I'm sure I am not the only person showing interest in this especially considering that canzoomers maps don't seem compatible with our OZ tune.

Regards

George,

There is a chance that a Ric Shaw unit will be independantly tuned and tested up here in good old Brisvegas.

The Canzoomer unit is also getting locally tuned to suit local cars by the same independant tuner, who is extremely experienced in RE tuning.

Cheers,
Hymee.

All your base are belong to us.
Please explain? The thread was initially asking about a locally designed and built unit.

Cheers,
Hymee.

AT risk of hijacking this thread any further, the "All your base are belong to us" is a sort of web cult thing that originates from an old Sega game -- see

http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/28/17122.html

That's why it is great to have sons 17+ -- they 'know' such important stuff
