Who of you out there are from Melbourne?

I just placed my order and half these conversations only really apply in Sydney.

Anyone heard details on delivery etc from Melbourne dealers?
I ordered last week and was told i got the 2nd last in the first shipment. The shipment is due in july.

Got my book last week

I think I'm going to get the front air dam, side kit, spoiler and rear deflector... probably about $2k extra but over the course of 4 years it's not much different.

Oh... also the Rotary badges...

I'm going to wait and see what the extra's look like b4 i go ordering them. I went the leather pack/manual.

I'm starting to wonder if i missed out on the book.
I was told i would get it but most of the early orders have received it already.

Is it anything special or not really?

 

If you want to understand *everything* about the RX-8 including the 6PEI (the six stages of intake volume adjustment) and the various iterations of Apex seal development then you need the book...

Otherwise, it's still a very handy, glossy, beautifully bound and printed coffee table accessory.

Anyone seen the accessories book... what do you think we should get the dealer to give us... anyone of you NOT paid the deposite SUBJECT TO TEST DRIVE?
