MazdaSpeed is coming, BUT!!!

It's a pity that the MazdaSpeed, they are selling don't get much extra Performance. Only 7kw garn and 5 nm of torque.
I guess i'll wait and see for the Turbo one

Just like they have done on the Mazda 6 MPS :D

Yun, is that the exhaust you were referring to? If so, I guess 7kw will be pretty good actually for a N/A though. I still love the MS kit... it looks damn hot on the 8!

cheers,

richie

No i saw this in the Latest Motor Magazine. They said they only update the air intake, Exhaust, Lighter Flywheel, revised ECU, hotter spark plug and twin oil cooler. Produce 184kw and 216nm.
So i guess it's not much improvement from the stock, but you get all the bodykit and the wheels.

The MazdaSpeed A-spec does not gain a pissy thing.
The MS exhaust actually increase the power by a pissy 5ps.

The other thing they have done so far is the shock and springs, struts bars, aero kits, flywheel and oil cooler. It does make it sweeter accelerations and cornering and about 2 sec off in Tsukuba circult in Japan.

I am interested in the shock and strut bar as I don't think now I am going to tune the suspension that much but with the same price I could get Tein springs which have a controller at the dash to change setting

Turbo is out and it will be about 250ps from 190ps *(I think it is at the wheels)
I am more into supercharge as it has more low end torque... I will wait for full review rather than the prototype review
