Dave (CAIO )wasnt happy with the G-reeddy kit so he went to ken and had the turbo and manifold custom made by ken and installed by Ken from rotary motorsports ,after a while when he ended up stuffing his gearbox .
He stupidly took his car to Archie from Mazfix to check out his gearbox.
Archie being the little weasel that he really is Kept the car for a few days quoted him a absurd price to repair his gearbox and took the opportunity to copy DAVES custom made turbo exhaust manifold , and then HE Started making up his own Turbo kits .
If you look around you will find the threads by Dave CAIO accusing him of copying his manifold design .

To others who are coming in with additional criticisism back off. All Michael is doing is defending his position and expressing his opinion on something he felt wrong done by. I'm sure everyone else here has ranted on about something at some point of time.
Yes, the words will not meet with the approval of everyone but theres no reason for people who are not fully informed to go on the attack, and more so when you don't even know the person.
I have seen many other forum members go hard on other Mazda dealerships and their views have not been challenged. Its bloody unfortunate to see the thread has deteriorated to this point...

Considering many have had their say, I think I will put my few cents worth in....
First, I have personally Never dealt with either of these Retailers in Australia or the US.
For memory I don't think I have even commented until now on Michaels situation on the Air Box saga, however, Michael has never done me wrong and always considerate to my opinion's'.
Yes, Michael may be a bit "rough around the edges at times" so can I, my record here will show that.
Privately I said to him why don't you post the emails etc from RB to verify his position, he no longer has them, but according to his word he has records of International Phone Conversations, dates, times ,etc.
I certainly do not know all the nitty gritty details (and I don't want to bring it all up again) however for Michael to continually feel aggrieved there must be some injustice in 'the transaction' as no one would go on about for so long if it was not true, if I was in the same situation I would also be pissed off.
Having said that I think I would have moved on long ago...

Mazsurfer I read it the other way.....if you were in his situation you would also be pissed off. I am also sure you yourself have vented on similar issues in the past, and the last thing you would want is someone giving you a mouthful.

I prefer to call them Cyberbullies. These people are characterised by causing distress to others with unwarranted criticism, generally from long distances away.
The Internet is full of them....megalomaniacs, pedophiles, and serial bullies who project their own weaknesses of internal agression and obsessed with provoking a reaction from innocent bystanders....and I don't think locking the thread on an important issue like this will serve any purpose....enough said.
