If you do turn up any security video, make sure the insurance investigators know about it. Unfortunately the cop's probably won't see as an important event.

I spent a long stint in the hospitality industry in Aus and can offer a few more "arms and legs" for facial adjustment....but there seems to be no shortage of offers there!!

i parked there again yesterday and i think the same guy scratched my car again... YES i think he did it again there was 2 extra scratches on the car
F@#$%^ i should of just stayed there to catch him
but i thought he wouldn't act twice
anyway i took my car to BRB today to get the insurance to value the damage i hope to be back on the road before christmas
i got pic but the work computer is too slow so i post it up when i get home tonight

It goes against my better judgement to say this -- I agree with all the earlier comments about not letting it get to you -- but there's a voice in my head saying "park there again, stake the place out, and apply the Hymee 4B2 ... oops, call the police".

Go to the police.. The cops are worse than the person who probably did this in the sence of envy... They will see a young guy with a hot car and they will treat him like ****.

I have been through this before.. They did not want to know that my car got stolen. I had to fill a report but it took me three coppers by the time someone actually gave me a form and the SPECIAL number to call.

Has anyone got an electrical background, how hard would it be to wire up the 8 to a mains outlet?

That way the tool would be tried & fried the next time he messed with your ride.

That's terrible, such malicious damage should surely get a jail sentence. The security video fottage ( if there is any) should be interesting, if not to catch the perpetrator in action, to at least identify the person whoc was at the scene on both occasions.

Unfortunately the police don't really care, steal a candy bar from a service sation and it's a different story though!

 

damn... especially having a black one too, that's REALLY nasty seeing that... happened to my last car after having it only 6 months from brand new... urge to kill... rising....
