JTP rotary are a long time supplier of rotary imports to Australia. I have dealt with them previously and I have never had any issues with them.
They provide "turn key" warranties on MOST of their engines.
Dont have anything bad to say about them.

RX8 Brunei, I've heard only good things about them, although never actually dealt with them directly.
It seems they are pretty well known around the rx7 circuit, 2/2 of the guys I've spoken to have dealt with them previously so I think you'll be alright.
