Thanks for the invite DragToys. I had a good time. Pitty my radio batteries had the richard.

Double pitty you missed 2nd gear. You had it hooked up well in 1st, even with all that wheelspin you were making more traction than me. I bogged down - didn't have it spinning enough. Old V8 traits are hard to overcome! At least I found 2nd though! Hehehe.

Cheers,
Hymee.

Dragtoys Hymee & others

Glad i found you guys at the broadwater , Dragtoys we will have to organize a few more 8s next time .

Liked your carbon fibre ITP , YOU HAVE A NICE RIDE .

Had to get home as i promised the missus id get junior back home save and sound .

Having cruised slowly in 1st gear around the broadwater car park to find you guys and then parked my ride when i went to start her up again , she needed to be cranked a few times before she would start .

There seemed to be a built up of petrol when cruising slowly , and when i shut down the engine and after a while tried to restart it back up she wasnt happy choking on too much fuel .

cheers

Yep i finally hit the G SPOT .

This morning my car was fine started straight away ,no problem .

Somehow if you get a build up of unused fuel and then you restart your motor it can be harder to start and .even possibly flood .

Amg
I agree with you a $ 66,000 car thats won Engine of the year AND NUMEROUS WORLD WIDE AWARDS , should not leave any owner worrying if the next time you start your car 1 will it start and 2 will it possible flood .

cheers

Yeah it was a good night.
I really enjoyed it.

It looks good when a few rx8's are cruising together.

Hmmm, 2nd gear, yes well I need a bitmore practice obviously as I seem to have fogotten where it is I was like zoom, change gear, damit go into second, noooo he is passing me, try for second again, doh, too late.

Must remember to push clutch in a bit more. :D

It does seem to get off the line well with a bit of wheel spin.
I don't mind these stock tyres too much.

L&L it was good to meet you finally, I actually quite like the stickers on your car, they are subtle and not to big. The RE one on your front window is cool.

We will have to organise another one when I get back in a fortnight, and try and get the whole crew together.

It is amazing when you drive through the carpark, you have young guys going, cool RX7, and saying to their buddies check out that rx7, then their mate goes idiot it is a RX8. One guy even thought it was a RX6. :D

Dragtoys

Maybe a nice late barbecue in one of the GOLDCOAST parks , everyone bringing food , drinks etc , then getting down towards the broadwater , and a drive .

Man some of the ladies on the broadwater were fine ,maybe my ambition of becoming a Sugar daddy in my old age have got a chance of being fullfilled .

cheers
