It may be his birthday, but he is probably assembling and packing exhaust systems and grill kits in his living room - right Hymee! I'll be looking out for my second Hymee Grill Kit next week - it'll be good when I have an RX8 to put it on :o

...and from me too.
What a day: it's beautiful here in NSW, so I guess it must be perfect in Qld.
Given your new health regime Hymee, you can now expect many happy returns.

Hi guys,
Thanks for the Birthday Wishes.
I'm glad I made it. I just found this while surfing...

That is quite somber. Especially considering his age, and my age as of today.
Lock, thanks for remembering!
Taka, I don't have enough cash to celebrate how Lock wants to. I'll enjoy my evening without so much money changing hands
Wildcard, I have been working on another project... You know what I mean Sucessfully I might add. But I should know by Tuesday when we are booked in for the Dyno. It might not be until early December, which is unfortunate, but we are not in a hurry.
Jack. Funny you say that! It pissed down most of the day. Ahh well. Kept things a little cool, if not in total humidity!
Tonym, Yes - I have some packing to do tonight!!! Only grills though, sorry to say mate! And a email from et318 to reply to regarding his exhaust!
Regarding results...
676 The Three Prentenders 3242 2:52:45.0 Odd 82 0:29:51 664 82 1:27:53 669 84 0:55:01.6 526 67
That means the team did 2hr 52min 45s to complete the course, and we came 676 o'all (teams, out of 782 that finished), and 82'nd in our Category. The swim 1500m swim took some birthday boy 29:51 (664th & 82'nd out of the water), the cyclist did the 40km ride in 1:27:53 (669 / 84 off the bike) and out runner (who snapped her calf muscle on Tues. night) did the 10km run in 55:01.6 (526/67).
Not bad for the teams first try at a tri. Next year I might even do the whole thing
Cheers,
Hymee.

I told you there should be an ambo there
When an athelete dies, there is not much you can find in autopsy.
Maybe there is congential/acquired cardiomyopathy (muscle pathology), but most likely it is either cardiac valves or the conduction system. There is a well known condition called Wolf Parkinson White syndrome that kills athletes in their 20s and 30s. There is a cross wire in the heart which makes an auto loop, causing very fast and deadly cardiac rhythm.
Anyway, happy bday and glad you are still alive :D

Happy Birthday Hymee - sorry I missed the day.
If you're starting to feel old now, just remember that L&L is 50, and I'll be 58 at the end of this week, and we're still going str....
