How many 8s

Anyone knows how many 8s have been sold in OZ YTD?

Currently.............

RX-8's with VINs around 4800+ are sitting in the dealerships at this moment.

With the "official" price now $10k cheaper (leather pack) than its 2003 introduction sales are chugging along slowly but surely & should crack the 5000 mark in the next few months I suspect.

I can only find reference on the Mazda site to 107 being sold in March...sorry, best I can be bothered with :P

Thanks guys,

If 4800+, that makes it about 1200 units sold per year. Not large nos. but it's good for maintaining some sort of exclusivity. Not that too many casual observors get too excited about the 8 nowadays....

NOTE: Car sales search reveals car # 5076 is currently for sale as a new car. Meaning we are already over the 5000 mark for Aussie distribution.

tsk tsk lol, joking 4800 was a figure I saw somewhere on mazda site and was valid about feb/march I think so you were right, just a few onths out.
