angle grinder????
Try cutting a slot in the nut then use a hammer and a long large screwdriver and tap it free....gently.
Use plenty of RP7.
Good luck.
If you pay for airfare, I'd do it for you ........ LOL!

The nuts is so tight that I don't think a gentle tap will come out.
I will bear with the squeak coz it never went for more than 2 weeks. It is not really bad.
After searching the net for a while, there is a thing call nut splitter. I might go and find one if the nut starts driving me nuts :p

taka, you need more than "a" gentle tap, but be sure to soak it overnight with RP7 or WD40.
Might be a good idea to invest in some high quality tools, these will give you less risk of problems such as these.

I don't think it is my tool but it is me :p
Anyway, I will leave it for another day. I think I will cut the damn thing with a nut splitter. At least the nut slipper will give me a slot and I can have a go with gentle tapsssss. :P
EDIT: Now the nut is soaked with WD40 and the noise went
I am sure it will come back

I'm sure I've mentioned this before....
This is and old trick they use at the tyre fitters when someone has left their splined locknut socket at home....bang a smaller socket onto it. For example, if it's a 10mm bolt, tap a 9mm socket onto it.
Ugly, but it works every time.
Gomez.

Yeah right C4...
I have a wrench set from Autobarn - they are quite good. Not that when you tighten and remove the same nut every 2 weeks.
Yeah I will try to tap a 13mm in. Or I will invest in a universal one first - coz they can mould into anyweird shape.
