Hey Tim,

Tempe are in Canb. At Weedon Cl Belconnen. A door or two down from that Lazer place or Pot Belly (if that still exists). It's a small operation, he showed me a few ideas on the internet..... I can do that at work....

I like those TT.

However, agree with Eric on the staggered thing. You've no doubt read the sticky on it in the Wheels, Tyres & Suspension forum.

(don't like those gold ones much though).

BTW, since it sounds like you've decided to go for 19's, what are you going to use for track rims??

Gonna keep your OEM's after all??

Wow, Steve has come up with the goods! I've never heard of them in Belco, but I'll head out and have a chat to them. They have quite a few designs I like, more so than anyone else.

Steve, I tried Quikfit in Woden, but they were no help at all. Gave me a catalogue to look through but couldn't answer any questions of fitment, weight or even price.

Good question. It all comes down to how much I'm allowed to spend. I'd love to keep the stockers for track days, and go 19s for cruising, but I'm not sure if I'll be allowed to spend the full price of new 19s and tyres. May have to subsidise the purchase by selling the stockers.

Or if she gets REALLY cranky I may have to go new 18s and keep my half shagged tyres.

I'm thinking of growing some ***** and just going out and doing it without telling her.

Do it!

Trust me - after what I've survived a new set of rims and rubber is child's play.

...just make sure you've got a clear escape route and a 20 metre head start.

...a valid passport is also a good idea.

Well of course it is!

Unagreed Ikea expenditure over the $1K mark is a valid ground for divorce in anyone's book.

Tell her she's damn lucky you're only buying the rims/rubber and not exercising your inalienable right to buy a S/C kit.

(mind you, my new rims and tyres did cost me a new house.... ).

NO WAY KALLI!

I had this "discussion" with her on Sunday night. I didn't want new furniture, just like she doesn't want new wheels. SAME!

Yet more irrefutable logic.

Those rims are as good as yours. Nay, you deserve them.

Do it! Do it! Do it!

yep that would be them. Plenty of FULI SIK Chrome

See if they will send just one wheel of the styles you like to Canb so you can have a look at it next to the car. Can change your thinking when you see it in the flesh. Or should that be chrome, gold, hyper. Other companies have done that for me. You are about to spend $Ks. Maybe only 1K if you don't grow ***** in time.
