Fog Lights for sale
Anyone interested in purchasing front fog lights? purchased them from Japanparts.com, who were excellent. Cost me over $470 (380+GST+customs not including delivery) as I purchased some other stuff from them. I originally had a base model winning blue on order and changed it last minute to a black + leather pack (picking it up in an hour).
Will sell them for $400, otherwise will keep them for spare I guess.
Note, the instructions are in Japanese and it seems that the front bumper needs to be removed to do the install.
If interested please reply or PM me.
Thanks
Robert

Hi Phillip
Probably not, bit worried to install the start button though, however I think I have worked it all out.
Installing all the gadgets now, and almost stuffed the right B-pillar garnish as left a few air bubbles, however luckily able to remove the tape and get rid of them.
I will try to install the start button tonight or tomorrow and will let you know how I go.

Hi Hymee
I have been following your posts for a little while now, and love your sport exhaust, but will leave the system stock for now.
The fog lights are clear, I originally bought them so I could install them on the base model (hated the way the pop up washers looked on leather pack, and was a major reason I wanted to get the base model).
I am working on the install on the start button tonight, if I don't drink too much at a 1 year old birthday party.
Did Maestro fax the instructions to you? If not I can email it to you to browse.

Brat,
No Maestro did not do that. I have a Japanese national at work who does translation as part of her job, so it would be good if you could email them to me. Just use hymee mail. I'm envious - I did really want to get one of those starter buttons not too long ago! I even had my sister in Tokyo chase one for me. That was before I saw JapanParts.
Yeah - I was a bit funny about the pop-out washers, but I was just trying to console myself that I made the correct decision to get the cloth! I don't mind them that much when I see them these days.
Cheers,
Hymee.

I'd like a starter button, but not in the coin tray position. What I want is to be able to flip up the top of the gear **** and press a red button - might worry the passengers a bit in a car with a sun roof though :D
Cheers

when I first saw it, I thought that's where it goes. I was a little dissapointed that it wasn't there, and replaces the coin tray. However, the kit is very high quality and if the illumination works, I am sure it will look great.

No worries Hymee, I had no luck with the install though, connected it all up and no start or illumination, will be seeing DMRH tomorrow night and hope they can help me with it.

Will do, I am determined to get the thing in so might even go s2000 button way and install relays etc. I am willing to modify the wiring harness to get it to work. I just need someone who knows how to do these things and DMRH seem to be the guys who know everything about this car.
